Spiritual healing, chakra balancing and self improvement that is safe and natural. Maybe used with all other medical or therapeutic techniques. Using life force energy it promotes recovery and self healing of mind, body and soul.

Swedish Massage

A firm but gentle non painful massage to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. It stimulates blood flow which increases oxygen levels and removes toxins from muscles. It can be a great way to manage stress as it releases stress and tension from mind and body. Although known as a relaxation massage it also has therapeutic benefits.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy is a self healing treatment that addresses your mind, body and soul. It is a gentle soft tissue therapy allowing changes to your body mechanics. It is safe to use on all people.

Its benefits are:

Most people find it very relaxing and may even fall asleep. This is when the initial process of restoration begins but it may continue for 3 to 5 days after treatment.

Specific Bowen moves releases adhesions allowing natural realignment of your fascia (connective tissue). This also opens the fluid channels allowing the fascia to become rehydrated. This in turn reduces inflammation and pain.

By releasing restrictions and rehydrating your tissues your energy pathways or meridians are also being unblocked and rebalanced.

Fascia (connective tissue)

Connective tissue is made up of fibres forming a framework and support for body tissues and organs. Its function is to bind tissue systems together. Eg: muscle to skin.

Meridian System

Meridians are discrete energy vessels in the body. In Chinese medicine these points when applied with gentle pressure help with the healing process. They are pressure points that affect other parts of your body.
